2002 October News     Tuesday October 1st, 2002 Michael heading home before Japanese GP On  Sunday  night  before  leaving  the  Indianapolis  circuit, Corinna  and  Michael spoke of how keen they were to be see their  children  again.  Michael  said  “Before  the grand prix, we  spent  a  few  days  holiday horse riding which was good fun.  Back  home  it  will  be  time  to  entertain our children," The  Schumachers  are  looking  forward  to  a  very exciting week  with  some  friends  joining  in.  As  there  is no testing on  his  programme  this  week,  Michael  will  probably  make the  most  of  it  by  riding  his  Harley-Davidson. Now  there  are  just  a few days before Michael tackles the final race at Suzuka,  a track which usually suits the Ferrari. The  Japanese   race  will  in  any  case  be  the   finale  to a perfect  season  for  Scuderia  Ferrari  Marlboro.  Victory in the Constructors’ Championship and first  and  second  places in the Drivers’ Championship, as well  as  a  record number of points.  It  would  be  hard  to  do  better.
