Schumacher and Barrichello will continue to work together
Ferrari  announces  that  it  has extended its agreement with the  driver  Rubens  Barrichello  to cover the 2003 and 2004 racing seasons.
Barrichello joined the  Prancing Horse in 2000 after driving for   Stewart  Grand  Prix   (now the Jaguar team) between 1997 - 1999.
He  entered  the  Formula 1  circuit in 1993 with the Jordan team.

Michael said  "I  am  very happy about Rubens' news. He has been doing a fantastic job for us  and  is  a  good  teammate. We   make   a  good   partnership   and   have   an   excellent relationship and it is fantastic that we will continue working together. " He added "The team is happy with him, hence the two  year  contract  rather  than just one. It is very good for
the  team  to  have  this stability as it is going through a good period  right  now.  Although  I  had  no  input  at  all in   the decision to keep him - I was told about it after the new deal was  agreed.  I  cannot  see  anyone  doing a better job than Rubens  right  now."
